Take any issue, the ruling elite gives little importance to it. They mobilize the military when parliament is attacked. That mobilization even before they know who the perpetrators were. Come what may, innocent people in Mumbai, Hyderbad, Jaipur are killed, they are not moved. Although IB and RAW from time to time justify their bread and butter at tax payers expense from time to time by sounding some warnings which most people read and forget then and there. While such an attitude persists towards people who directly elect them, what could you expect of them when it comes to Indian passport holders far away from their shores?
