In most likelihood McCain will win the election. As far India is concerned, Indian political system destroys their own country. This was seen when Nuclear Deal failed apart. Even BJP said they opposedit in the so called national interest. Why blame CPM only. India was offered Security Council seat but Nehru rejected it. In 1950 s U.S. asked India to develop nuclear weapons but Nuhru rejected it. President Isenhower suggested India to strenghten millitary but Nehru rejected it. Good luck India.
