U.S got its tech from Einstien and German scientists who had fled Nazi Germany, it was Hitler who was attempting to get hold of this first.

Russia got it also from Germans when they captured Germany

China got it from Russia Communist pals

Pakistan got it from China

North Korea got it from China

Israel got it from the U.S

India got it from Russia

Everyone got it from someone else.

thats how the world works.
