you are totally mistaken ramesh. while its wrong to generalize, your logic makes me laugh. while godse (first of all I doubt if anyone knows which caste he belonged to) might be a brahmin, no one blames brahmins as whole because he didnt kill gandhi in the name of Brahminism. If he had done so, and if no other brahmin had comdemned it, then I can perfectly understand that all brahmins might have been branded as killers. But his motive of killing was completely different, it was not at all related to brahminism.
Whereas, islamic terrorrists kill in the name of islam and quote quran saying that it is their duty to kill non-muslims. Hence their motive is crytal clear, i.e., war in name of religion. Above that, the moderate muslims never have renounced these fundamentalists, while hindu moderates always denounce their fundamentalist brothers in hinduism. Hence we are left with absolutely no option but to generalize. Of course we cannot generalize on a decent muslim, or women or kids, but we need to be careful about muslim youth who look suspicious.
This case should be an eye-opener that even well-off fanatics might be roaming around our offices in software companies.
