Nuclear weapons are only for deterrentce --- NO Country including USA, Russia, China N. Korea are going to use them. ONLY a crazy terrorist like a suicide bomber will use them. They have nothing to lose, if coutry's head like Perez were to use it, WE ALL know it will the end of India, China and adjoining coutries
