In order to that India needs a formidable nuclear and missile forces, which only Russia can supply. USA will never do that, instead it is trying to ruin even whatever India has using 123 Deal. It was a mistake for India to rub Russia wrongly since Jaswant Singh became the Foreign and Defence Minister. India is paying dearly for that. There is still time to rectify that position. if instead India will sign 123 Treaty with USA and give the next contract to buy aircrafts to either USA or UK or France, India will go back to the days of Nehru and the next Prime Minister will have to cry just like Nehru did after the Chinese invasion.
