1. Old Deobandi groups opened up shops there.
2. LeT, Huji others want to establish Nizam's rule back.
3. Lacklusture political response by Psuedos for fear of Muslim Vote.
4. CPIM, COng, DMK wooing Islamist, Jehadi groups for Muslim Vote.
5. Gulf money
6. Target Souther India because its adding to might of Indian state, capitalism.
