Stupid if the man resposible for the terror is killed then the IB and other agencies neednot pursue the case as most of them will be considered as close. Easiest way. the only problem is that police is using these for so long that now it doesn't matter whether the so called man dies before the terror attack or not the case is closed blame him being the ghost behind the blast. We are great. The only people who loses out are the innocent who are arrested and won't come out of thejail as the case is closed so no court
