RESERVATION based on castes should be banned and people who are very poor and cannot afford to buy books ... food for a day ... should be given reservation for a decided number of years ... this will help them in developing themselves!
DRDO is a big-time failures in many areas just because of this pathetic system of reservation where un-deserving candidates are selected and made to work in the organizations where the best talent of the nation should be working! If country advances ... we will advance ...
People keep begging for reservation ... and never achieve anything ... because for that it requires real talent which you will never develop in those who beg only for reservation!
I am not a Brahmin ... but I understand what merit means! Boss ... reservation should be only for poor people ... rather than giving quotas for any particular caste!
I have no personal enmity with Muslims or any lower caste people ... I, in fact wish that India should be a home for all type of people ... but they should not beg for anything they should have ability to develop themselves ... this is how India will rise!
If possible ... try to not ask for reservation based on what caste you belong to ... but check if the same reservation can help any needy ... because if you are capable and have even very limited resources ... still you will be able to make your way to the top, but the poor people who are suffering will never be able to get out of their misery unless helped!
