MIM, pl come out of the madrassa thinking. It is the dead bodies that are not burnt (not hindus). Once we are gone, it does not make any difference whether the dead body is burnt or buried. People of different regions have different methods of disposing dead bodies. At present some of the Municipal Corporations are providing Electric/Gas crematoriums.
