We Sickular Govt of India requests you Bangladesh

We Sickular Govt of India requests you Bangladesh not to send any Bangladeshi legally. We have difficulty in maintaining database of legals. So, send them always illegally. Don't worry, we shall use them as vote-banks and we shall offer them rations cards, names in voters lists and make them MLAs, MPs, ministers, President of India and anything you want. Please please tell them before crossing the borders (oh there is no such things, its just formality) that always vote Sickular Congress, Communists.
