Government betraying Dalits and other weaker Hindus by subsidizing Muslims

The Government of India in the past and present have
1. Spent billions every year subsidizing Muslim population explosion (uncontrolled birthrate).
Just look at the MUSLIM BIRTHRATE IN BENGAL ALONE

2. Millions on Haj subsidies and subsidies to Madrassas
3. Billions on counter-terror measures against Jihadi attacks.
All this, at the cost of developmental opportunities for Dalits and other weaker sections of the Hindu society at large.
