Every district in Andhra Pradesh has a separate culture. Srikakulam and East Godadavari is one example. If we keep separating the country and states on such a fine grained basis, we will have more politicians than civilians!
What is required is adequate representatiion for all types of people in the state government. The people also need to choose their leaders wisely. So, a separate Telengana simply does not make sense. As long the people of Telengana do not choose wisely, they will be in the same state of affairs whether they call themselves AP or Telengana.
