clueless or coverup..?

The case is similar to the death of British teenager Scarlette Eden Keeling in Anjuna beach (Goa)..as well as the cricket coach Bob woolmer..some powerful goon(s) hand in it.. seems the police are either clueless or doing a good job of framing the innocent..to cover their sorry
