Termination of agreement should be only in case India conducts tests with the supply received from US not otherwise, since they are bifurcating Defence units nuclear reactors and domestic supply nuclear power plants. The agreement and supply is only towards domestic use and hence the condition is only applicable if the supply is used for defence purpose.
