bomb not tested will be pizzz when used in war
as need to test before put in stockpile.india is
capable of doing test in simulated environment
yes in pokeron it was same method of simulated
operation.without testing,no use stockpiling bomb as if not exploded in wartime,govt will be hanged with shame.
