for at least gobar gas one doesnot hv to go out to yr uncle sam verghese, u r the only learned person on this board, as far as voicing yr opinion is concerned u hv all the right but refrain fm calling names to others, coz when all start on u, u will leave the board permanently. for arguments sake u say the nuke deal is good despite the strings attached, well the govt shud hv said so, let the people decide wether it is good for us or no. what a majority of people hv read on this forum by experts is that nuke energy is not going to take care of our energy rqmnts for a long period , for e.g it takes care of only 5% till 2030. also pls note looking at the investment the rate per unit is going to be muderous after all states charging more duties etc, and not to forget the waiver/ free schemes which are floated now n then by the politicians. compared to that wind /solar/ gobar gas are one to be concentrated on. at least they take care of majority of househols power if not industrial. that is what a lot of our friends want to express, n here u r branding every one as jerks.
