US wants to sell nuclear fuel and technology to INdia for MONEY. However it'll see only if INdia does not use the same for nuclear weapons tests. If INdia conducts nuclear tests the deal could be nullified.
2 India would like to invest more in nuclear energy for which it needs fuel from NSG. India considers the NPT to be unfair and will not sign it. India resaeves right to TEST if needed and would not allow international minitoring of its military reactors.
