The N Deal is to ensure fuel supplies and the safeguards agreement mandates that civilian and defence nuclear facilities be separated such that Nuclear from US, France etc is not used for warheads. 2. It is stupid to expect US ro FRance to give Nuclear fuel for building warheads. 3.It is acknowledged by both BJP and Congress that India does not need any more tests to build warheads. 4. Finally the PM has clearly said he would explore domestic legislation to neutrlaise the Hyde Act. Remember our friendly neighbourhood country is begging for a similar deal. Cheers
