Duplicity of the UPA Government

Application of the Hyde Act and the IAEA draft not acknowledging India's Nuclear Weapons status are two primary objections raised by NDA in the parliament. Both have been acknowledged by Nick Burns, the US negotiator of the deal. What does UPA have to say about it?
