One country-fellow goes to Hotel and is puzzled in what to order and he knows no english. He keeps watching the other guy sitting in the net table who asks the waiter for a "table clean" meaning clean the table. Then our hero too without knowing what it means says 'Table clean". So this is what Pakis are doing. Even without knowing what is Nuclear power having lived with borrowed material all these years they suddenly want an agreement without knowing what it is.
It's ok. We also need some comedy between so many tragedies around.
