There is definite change with Pak's approach since new govt has taken over. Even the way new Pak PM was talking on CNN was unusual. Pakistan seems to have backtracked on number of initiatives they had taken in last 2-3 yrs with new leadership. The latest Govt in Pakistan is much more agressive and has resorted to age old policy of creating terrorism and trouble in India after a lull of 2-3 yrs during Musharaff control.
India needs to understand change in pak political power and deal appropriately.
