In the first place we have to use advanced technology to destroy bases of these terrorists in Pakisthan on an urgent basis.No longer it is possible to ignore it.If there is going to be war then I think it is already there. Ignoring it will bleed India slowly.Secondly all those gouing to Arab Countries must be operated upon and devices exist which will help locate their movements , which should be implanted under their skin without fail. If they remove then their passport should be immediately cancelled and arab country they are in should be informed.Their passport can also be made invalid for traveling anywhere except the country to which they are going.Secondly they should be quarantined after arrival for some months and watched for their contacts and conversation. Those who are suspect should be detained and kept under observation for long duaration. Those about whom information has been available their friends/ relatives should be sent to a quarantine camps and for all purposes be treated as war prisoners unless and until they force their relative in Pakistan to return to India and surrender to Our Police/ forces.We have to make them realize that they can not remain here as citizens if they support these activities or condone in any form whatsoever and will lose all citizenship rights immediately.
