I live at Karachi in Pakistan and have done so for 56 years. I do not know of any area called Gulistan. Perhaps the Indian Intelligence Bureau could clarify what Gulistan they are talking about or perhaps your Rediff reporter could do that for clarity sake. Gulistan means land of flowers.
