This is not the time and era of Aurnagazeb rule so that people live under perennial scare of terror abetted by a certain section of people.
If the government concerned cannot rein in the trouble makers through appropriate methods, who knows, there may sprout outfits who will nip the troublesome in self-defence. So government must act without fear and favour.
