I think this reward should be distributed amongst the victims of bomb blast.
No need to declare such reward in the media....just find out all those culprits and kill them in front of civiliance and ask media to cover the news.
Teach lessons to all those terrorists and show them what is brutality.
My dear Brothers & Sister, why we are fighting by pointing each other saying am hindu / am muslim. Boss, forget all these religion and just keep in your mind that first we are human. How can we kill each other on the sake of bull shit religions.
