RE:Ram, Hinduism and Ram Setu
by Anil Kumar on Jul 30, 2008 12:03 AM

You are wrong. The sacred books of Hinduism or Vedic culture contain four Vedas, six Vedangas, and four Upanagas. Puranas are part of the Upangas. Among Puranas, there are 3 categories: Mahapuranas (18), Upapuranas (18) and Itihasapuranas (Ramayana and Mahabharata). Please first learn about Hinduism before jumping to conclusions. It is impossible to learn everything about Vedic culture in one life, but at least try to get your basics right.
