If IB knew so much of them , were they sleeping. IB and so called intelligence agency becomes active only after blast. Any story IB makes after blast is obvisiously going to sell. If they know meeting place of terrorist in POK, why cannot they destroy them.
Simple solution is If you find terrorist hiding in our neighbour countries , just kill them there and then. Dont think of consequences. At the most they will cut diplomatic ties with us. Any way we are not gaining anything with so called coordial relationship with them. India should make special cell which can kill criminals in foreign countries.
