RE:Why No Bomb blast before 1990

Before 1990, there was Pakistan & probably US supported Khalistan Movement in Punjab. Punjab terrorists mostly used swords and guns to kill than bombs. Only when it ended, Pakistan diverted its attention towards Kashmir. After failing in Kashmir n Kargil, now the attention is towards whole India. Off course of without local support of "India Muzradin/ SIMI/ HUJI", no terrorism is possible, but Pakistan and now Bangladesh (through ISI) are playing key roles.
