Even speaking in Hindi has the danger of you being labelled "Bhaiya" or "Behenji"
I think the Indians have a deep sense of inferiority complex and also they cannot stand each other. In the west, the custom is to greet even passers by on the street with a polite "How are you" or "G'mornin'" and a smile , but when Indians see one another, they just look away or size each other up as in "oh no! another Indian"
Look at the Indian's behavior in airplanes, restaurants etc: talking loudly, never clean up after themselves, forever trying to pick an argument etc.
