point is why these terrorists should be tried under lenient laws which will allow them to get away with bails & come back again & bomb us.
why terrorists should be equated with thieves ? such people need special laws. if you are killing ordinary citizens without provocation on a mass scale, then they should tried under stringent laws.
laws will never ensure total insulation. it will only ensure guilty are treated accordingly.
