I agree with what Kohina has said, in addition to this i would want to say that this act is a work of SIMI and not any other terrorist organisation like AL-qaeda...etc for the simple reason being the nature of blasts(gelatin rods were used) and the locations chosen....this is a handiwork of locals who are smart enough to involve fellow localities to this extent..If delhi blasts are to be spoken about, we can say there is a certain involvement of foreign hands.
