The details of Sheela bhatt on Ahamadabad blast is more confusing and as statements by regular writers and the media who have no guts to expose the real facts. Basically you cannot blame security agencies as they are not being allowed freely to probe terrorists by our secular politicians,minority commissions,human rights groups and finally our present weak judicial systems and punishment ect emboldened the terrorists to act and they will strike in near future also unless correction done but correction is not possible. The basic hurdle in India is our secular politicians who fully depend on local Muslim community in which majority are having faith on their religion than their mother land which feeds them.Unless the present UPA government who are the main culprits than the terrorists perishes, there is no solution now.
