The article is very well written. The writer needs to given credit for such a fantastic piece of observation. Clearly there is a need for reforms in intelligence and police operations. Our police system function just like it did in British Raj. Excessive use of force will not help prove the guilty as guilty. The police department needs to be completely revamped. But it has to be backed by some stringent laws which hold good under successive governments.
