Prevent Communal Riots

The main purpose of terrorist activity like Bomb explosions etc, is to get started communal riots between two major community.

If the people remain calm, the terrerists will get frustrated and their main purpose will not be solved. And by preventive measures to riots we refrain from much more future losses to
