The article clearly states india has not been able to pin the blame on a single terrorist for acts of subversion within India then why is Pakistan being singled out by the world community for not doing enough? what has the US done to stop terrorism what has India done? truth is this is a gray war with an unknown enemy that is not conventional and we don't know a lot of them since they dont go to conventional schools for their education, they are self educated sometimes to a very high level including electronics and Physics which are the basis for their weopnary and explosives, they have sophisticated weapons which they smuggle out of the very Western countries that blame Pakistan for not doing enough against them, SEE THE DELIMA? truth is India and the US need to stop blaming Pakistan fot this and get down to addressing their needs some of which are GENUINE needs. IF NOT then we are doomed to continue this way for at least a few decades UNTILL we find their achilles heel. A footnote on this matter, India and teh US have claimed these terrorist get their weopons from Pakistan?
