We must do social policing in our areas of stay and travel. If I see someone suspicious, some bag unattened etc. I must inform. and so should you. But alas, we dont do it.
Just think of it that had those people see that some men are getting down from train compartments in Mumbau after leaving their bags etc. unattended, they would have been samed.
