This keeps repeating and each and every time we will have endless discussions, in the end it is of no use, except for the discussion. The politicians who r in the Power are not capable in prosecuting the culprits. Once, they do that, they will be loosing votes. These people will stoop down to anything and everything, but for saving their skin only.
