syed. I belong to ahmedabad and I can claim that this is just to get the mileage against Modi.
If you don't know and away, don't comment particularly regarding literacy..Hope you understand this.
Better understading economy and literacy you make understand your own people (Muslims) who are against humanity and infact islam.
