Problem is that we are a soft state , we do not retaliate, none of our laws are strong enough to implicate terrorists. Even if the courts do so , our politicians do not have the balls to execute them becuse they worry more about the votes they would loose than to send a strong message to the terrorists. The need of the hour is tougher laws , vigilant IB and stricter implementation on the ground.The current Govt lacks all three, its time to change the Govt.
