Don't summon sack Patil

Around 14-15 bomb blasts are occured during last 4 years and this totally incompetent Shivraj Patil is not able to do anything about them. Its high time now that PM should sack rather than summon Patil. Hopw he does not Sonia Gandhi's permission for that
