Don't let your imagination run away amock .... Any illicit action exhibits the traits you mentioned.... No thief comes out in the open and takes possession of your belongings.. No murderer surrenders himself immediately after the act nor does he go to the nearest TV station to be displayed across the country as the proud one... No corrupt official comes on Radio daily morning either, talking about his yesterday's collections, and today's planned take aways...
