where do you see the "rise and rise of theso called lower castes as in SC / ST". what is the percentage of SC/STs and what is the % of brahmins. I dont have a problem with reservations for "Economically" back ward people, brahmin or not. You are exactly right "karma is what we do not according to where we are born."
