Minority appeasement policy of the Central Govt. (eg.Sachar Committee recommendations,etc) has encouraged the Terrorists to go on the rampage as they are sure that even if they are caught, the Cong.Govt. won't allow them to be punished. Time we have a leadership which will come down heavily on perpetrators of such acts with a very heavy hand and punish them, to whichever religion they belong. The present crop of politicians in the UPA would never do that but would shed crocodile tears when innocent people are killed and issue only heroic statements as a ritual.
