The day before these blasts, US declared to give a lot of money to Pak to upgrade its F-16s. After nuclear deal, what ever money will be paid to US, a part or whole of it will come to Pak in some or other name and then to terrorists. So Pak or US do not need to spend their money to destroy India. Nuclear Deal may be good for India but the character of the countries like US is always doubtful. It has always believed in creating unstability in the different parts of the world. Not providing any money to Pak can be made a part of the deal though I do not think US will accept it. Though Russia accepts it many times.
