A government that would not act boldly against terrorists is as guilty as the terrorists themselves.
Even though we have Criminal Penal Code there are crimes. That does not mean CPC is a waste. In the same way stringent laws are necessary to act against terrorists.
1. Enact POTA like laws. 2. Infiltrate the groups and madrassas. 3. Expedite terrorist trials. 4. Build ultra maximum security prisons for the terrorists. 5. Implement punishment to the convicted terrorists. 6. Follow zero sympathy and zero tolerance to terrorists.
If we don't do all these we will not be a super power but a banana power competing with Pak.
