I feel PAK PM is wise than the Indian counterpart.He has saved paper/fax charges etc by issuing letters of condemns for the both Blasts.Both PMs are not going to act anymore than letters.Real action is to find the coward terrorasits create panic and communual tension thro panic and so on.In india all such events will be filed in one file.
