Its nothing but the failure of our intelligence and security agencies. I dont want to blame any community for this as the areas suffered were dominated by them too. These blasts may be an attempt to deviate the attention of police and all public from the things going on Asaramji's so called ashram/centers. Any thing can happen.If two children can be sacrificed for some rituals this can also happen. Who knows whats the reality. If only speculations are to be made then why not this can be true...? But overall, this is nothing but a big security blunder..
