Our cops have all the info but busy minting money!! Our cops should be dressed in millitary outfit because it will help them to hide because thats what they always do... Even Traffic Police insead of managing Traffic they Hide to give Challans..... And later when things happen they always get a news which was already with them. Even Delhi is not safe because as in previous emails sent claiming blasts its always that mail is sent from Delhi so are they present near us or next to us??
