It is unfortunate these debates are decaying into Hindus vs. Muslims and NDA vs. Congress debates. We need to determine what is best from country's perspective for its safety. First, is a well trained anti-terrorist squad with branches in states, that is fully trained in intelligence gathering to act proactively. If POTA is desirable then let us have it but let us make sure it is not used to settle personal scores at state level. Right now, the glaring weakness is our intelligence gathering system - we invariably wake up after the blasts have taken place. by all means, let us go ahead with POTA against the terrorists to teach them a deterrent lesson - may be execute them as soon as they are caught, like in the middle east. For God's sake, let us rise above this narrow blame game, for this achieves nothing.
